Question Huge Input Lag and FPS drops every game (NEW PC)

hey after some time in every game i have insane input delay on the keyboard movements and the fps drop, this happens every 1-4min. Its not the keyboard, it happens with others as well. All drivers up to date

Specs: Ryzen 9 7950X3D / rog strix RTX 4090 / 64GB Corsair Vengance 6000mhz / rog strix X670E-A / Samsung 990 PRO m.2
