Can a damaged thermal paste cause all of this problem?

VRMs on your board have no heatsinks attached. There is no thermal paste.

I realized that my vrm are indeed hot but my CPU temp is at 100 on stress test so it was 70 at max before so I think the paste is damaged too

I think air got into the paste syringe so it got damaged

Thermal paste doesn't get damaged.
But it can dry out, if you operate cpu at high temperatures ( like 100C ) for prolonged periods.
