huge .tmp file, can i delete?

its called 1B463D.tmp, and is 428 mb. its in the temp folder under my
username. is this safe to delete? as im doing as much drive cleaning as
possible.

Hi

Reboot your system to make sure that the file isn't being used, then delete
it.
