Hybrid GPU pump replacement

Solution
not from evga if its a 900 series long gone and your forgot about [I own one. 980ti hybrid ]

look at the corsair h55 unit that's used on the MSI seahawk cards there sold all day today for a lot less

I asked evga if the 10 series pump will work on the 900 series cards and was told that was at my own risk and they only back up just for use on the newer 10 series only

you may find a used evga 900 series pump on e-bay ?? or if under warrantee RMA it back to evga , cant say if they will replace it or send you a referb or offer you a gtx 1060 as trade off may tell you to get lost ????

I think its a great card [mine anyway ] but EVGA left you holding the bag on this , big time...

Solution
my advice is if you were to get the evga 10 series hybrid just hope they don't drop the part like a hot potato as they did the unit for the 900 cards

I do feel that was pretty sorry on there part being that is a specially item that critical to the card

thing is hind site shows me the MSI card its easy to get a replacement pump right from newegg today for 60 bucks where it seems for us 900 card users its now too bad so sad , sorry for your loss

as for my evga 980ti hybrid that deal about no replacement pump is the only regrettable thing . I feel kinda short changed over that if mine were to fail I'm just S.O.L it seems

for the 10 series may need to get one wile there available before EVGA gets rid of them when the 11 series comes out ??????
