hybrid raid IDE external hdd enclosure?

can someone recommend an affordable ($300 or less?) hybrid raid IDE
external hdd enclosure? one that holds like 4 hard drives and hooks up
to your PC via USB2 or firewire? i probably need a couple and have a
terrabyte each... if it is redundant (like if one drive fails it can
recover) that'd even be better.

You want an external RAID subsystem with 1TB of REDUNDANT disk for
under 300?
