Hyper 212 EVO Fan

I just built my first pc but I put the fan on the Hyper 212 EVO facing my back fan. So both fans are facing each other is this bad? My case is a Rosewill Challenger

Its less than optimal. It won't cause damage or anything but it would no doubt work better if you change it

the thing is my ram is to tall tall and the fan wont fit. Is it fine if I move both my ram sticks to the other slots? or do the have to be on the first and third one?

Honestly I don't know. I am a bit behind the times (still using a socket 775 board)

I know it will work but I don't know if it will run dual channel.

I am not sure I think the back fan is blowing in air and the hyper 212 evo is blowing out
