Hyper 212 EVO troubles ( fan not spinning on boot )

Hi, So I've just built my first PC and at boot I get repeated short beeps which according to the manual means power error. I've concluded its the EVO as it does not spin on boot. And I know it's the problem because after connecting the bundled CPU Fan that came with my fx8320 it booted successfully ( its fans spun and I got no beeps ). I'd really like to use the 212 EVO. Do you guys know what the issue could be? Thanks

NVM. Got it to work, after I disconnected the bundled CPU Fan and reconnected the Hyper 212 EVO it started spinning on boot. Problem solved
