Game's been sitting in a dry basement for 2 years wrapped in shrink wrap
while I was finishing
the basement. It worked before storing it. The game power's up but will not
give any credits and
will not start a game. All connectors are tight. I reseated the CPU board
and still nothing. The
coils for the coin mechs and the lights in the door do not appear to be
getting power. Any ideas
where to start looking???? Thanks.

When you say "powers up" I am going to take that as in "attract mode".
Since it's been sitting so long I am going to lay a bet it has no
credits, and no idea anymore how many credits it takes to start a game,
or how many coin switch pulses it needs to register a credit. Go into
bookeeping and set it up again.

Push the buttons to cycle through all of settings by holding down the button
(you'll see numbers counting up on the dispay). When you get to the end,
the game will start attract mode. You need new batteries (and then do the
trick I just told you) to keep it running.
