Question Hyperx Cloud II problem

Hi i have issue with my headset i can hear crackling when certain sounds are being played. I passed youtube sound test with no issues i have no idea whats going on. Also when my pc is turning on i hear loud pop's few times. Updated firmware to 10. Not sure whats going on and why is it happening but its pretty annoying.

Do you have a warranty? I would return this if you do. If not buy a new one. This happens with my razer Nari headset and it got worse it went from popping while playing rainbow six siege to echoing then it went to reverse I could hear the echo audio but not game audio.

I do have warranty i got them like 2 weeks ago. Thought something was wrong with my pc maybe...

I would try using a friends laptop or phone ( or use your own) and see if it still does the same thing

Although i forgot to say i hear those pops when booting pc with logitech g430 aswell. Also voices in cs go from teammates crackle always (didnt test it with g430).

Omg i think i did something for logitech g430 some settings not sure how to revert that it was in some config file in windows files. Not sure if that is for all sounds, i think i tryed to increase volume on g430's.

I just realized it wasn’t in built in windows you used a different file. Do you know the name of the file?

Actually i think i used some software godammit i cant remember... But im not sure if that affects other headset.

Ohh boy i got pretty decent power supply corsair rmx550 80plus gold. Maybe USB dongle is problem??

Ok when i use 3.5mm in front i dont get loud pops when pc is booting.

Try a different headset, if the problem persists it is not the headset.

Also i just relised when i unplug them with usb dongle and plug them back in with it, they make a pop.

The adapter bypasses your soundcard. Have you tried a different headset, even just a set for your phone or similar.

Weird i dont hear noise when i plug in 3.5mm direct into pc but when i use dongle it makes a crackling sound.

I just found out that when i use them with 3.5mm i dont hear loud pop's when my pc is booting i dont know whats going on im confussed now.
