Question HyperX Cloud Stinger

So I recently bought the Cloud stinger has it has high reviews for being great value for money. plug it into the back of my Asrock B450m Pro 4, sound only comes out on the right side. so i uninstalled audio drivers and reinstalled ones from realtek directly, no change. plugged it into the front ones and i can hear about 60% out of left and 40 out of right. I can't figure out why....it works fine when plugged into my phone...any help would be much appreciated.

The plug is off a bit off either on the headset or on the computer. I'd test it a bit on some other computers and devices to see if it does the same thing on other computers. If it is only an issue on your system then you should check y our motherboard audio drivers and maybe contact support for it. Do other headsets and speakers work normally on your system?

i have tested it on other devices and seems to work fine. my other headsets work fine too. also the speaks of my monitor which was previously occupying the 3.5mm jack input has no problems so not sure why the headset doesn't work...
