Oh well, I just want to thank all the people who posts here and contribute
with valuable information (that I´m to lazy to search for myself :tongue: )
and brings forth advantages/disadvantages with certain hardware.
This helped me when I decided to buy the formentioned graphicscard.
I´ve only had very little time to try it out, like a few hours...but of what
I´ve seen and the games I´ve tried...I´m more than pleased.
I used to have a Geforce2Mx200 so the difference is all but minor.
I can now run games at 1024x768x32 with FSAA...*drool*
This morning I also ran a 3DMark2001SE test, I got a score of 8800, I figure
I have to be satisfied with that.
Specs:
Epox 8KHA+
XP1600
512Mb PC2100
Asus GFTi4200
And various other gizmos like CD, SbLive etc etc.
Now I have all the parts (except ponani) I need so that I can barricade myself at home and
wait out the winter...sweet.
