No It stopped even starting up and I encountered this problem earlier so I changed the CMOS battery and there it booted.

Not Really, Removing The Battery Didn't Do anything But Replacing It did

I had a problem with my bios setting… First it was showing reboot and select proper boot device then i changed my boot priorities…but it didn't work…so i changed it to default setting…but this time I accidentally changed my ‘launch video opRom policy' to do not lauch…and my screen it not turning on now.. Please help me to figure out a solution for this problem…

i would make your own thread about subject and include what motherboard you have (unless its an OEM PC, in which case make/model will help.
