Additionally, if you want your computer to be quiet, i'd suggest Corsair ML's. I heard those are a bit pricey in the US though.

Additionally, I don't really think you'l need an X570 board if you're not overclocking. The MSI B450 Tomahawk MAX is a good B450 board that can handle the 3900x

A workstation graphics card may be a better choice for CAD since you're not gaming. Pay attention to the connection types they use to make sure your monitor will be compatible. An m.2 NVME boot drive is a faster, better choice for a new system. A Corsair RM650x would be plenty of power for your system with room to spare. The system will only draw power that it needs so you can use a 750W or 850W if you want but it's not really necessary.
