PLEASE HELP

Over a year ago I upgraded my CPU and GPU and shortly after I started having issues with RGB lighting on fans not working, which got progressively worse over time. One or two would light fully, some would be dimmed, some wouldn't light at all. This would happen when I would wake my PC up from sleep mode until eventually it became parmenent. I lived with it, until recently, when my PC would black screen and shut down while gaming and also fail to load windows correctly upon startup. My CPU temps are curious, sometimes I get 70c when using chrome and right now for example I am downloading a game while using chrome and I am at 84c.

Here is my build:

- Ryzen 5900x
- 3070ti Founders Edition
- ROG Strix B550-F Gaming
- Corsair Hydro 100i RGB Platinum, Hydro Series, 240 mm
- Corsair 850RMX PSU
- Corsair Vengeance Pro DDR4

Here's what I have done:

- Swapped case
- New Motherboard
- New CPU
- Clean new Windows install
- Upgraded PSU from 750RMX to 850RMX
- Swapped out fans. They are not defective, I have put in new fans and even swapped positons multiple time. For example, my rear exhaust fan is always the only one fully lit, even if i swap it with another fan. That position stays with full RGB

So this leaves the following to be the defective component and root of the issue:

- AIO pump
- GPU
- RAM

I will probably just keep swapping out until the issue goes away, with the GPU being last, but it would be nice to understand what the *** is actually going on. Everything is connected properly as well by the way. BIOS are up to date, DDR speed is correct in BIOS as well.

Please, for the love of god, can someone help my smooth brain figure this out.

Thank you in advance

Can you show a photo of your system with side panel removed?

How is your RGB connected? Are you using a fan hub?
What model fan hub?

Those temperatures would indicate a problem with AIO.
Either pump dead or cpu block clogged. Or improperly installed.

So my CPU was at 56c with one chrome tab open and within 20 seconds of beginning game download it changed to this and is now at 83c

Worth noting my download speed is 526 mbps so apparantly that puts more strain on the cpu

Can you feel pump vibrations?
If no vibrations, then pump dead.
Replace AIO.

Is one AIO hose significantly warmer than the other?
If yes, then cpu block clogged.
Replace AIO.

If vibrations are fine and hoses both cool, then
cpu block improperly installed. Reinstall it.
