Yes they are, but that RAM is out of stock now and 850W is way more than you need for a 960. A 400w 20 amp PSU is all you need for total sys power with that card.

I'd also advise a i5-4460 over the 8350 for just a little bit more.

The Ram is good.
The i5 is better than the fx 8350 in all aspects.
Then 8350 runs pretty hot and will need a better heatsink.
Yes both do, it's very hard to get a 32-bit computer nowadays.

Yes, I've got the Seidon M on my 4670k, it works nicely.
The only difference I think is the V is louder.
