Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 3168
Since what you have is Key A E wifi card, any Key A E M.2 2230 wi-fi module will do.
Fastest (latest) i found, is Wifi 6E,

But if the M.2 slot is Key E, then you could get Wifi 7 card too.
Sadly, holy bible of PCs doesn't tell the key configuration of M.2 wifi card slot. So, to confirm it, you need to remove the wifi card and look into the slot, to see where the notches in the slot are.
If there are two notches, then it is Key A E, and wifi 6E would be fastest option.
But if there is only one notch, about half-way, slot would be Key E, whereby you could use the latest wifi 7 card.
E.g here's one such wifi 7 card,

But i agree with Darkbreeze. Slow internet connection is due to ISP and not the limitation of the wifi card.
