Solution
- It doesn't make a lot of sense to pay for a 1030; if you wanted 1030 performance, you could get essentially that cheaper by getting a 2400g and then saving for something considerably better.

- You want a 400-numbered motherboard or there's a very good chance you won't be able to run the CPU on that motherboard without a BIOS update.

- Is that one stick of RAM? 4 GB is too skimpy to build with in 2019. In addition, Ryzen gets a significant benefit from the faster RAM.

- Bit of a meh PSU. The Corsair CX450s tend to be around the same price and as budget PSUs go, it's preferable to the EVGA 450 BT.

Solution

the only reason i am going with the GT 1030 is because i already own it, i brought a pre build a year ago and i put a GT 1030 with hope it would run games better but i have a bottle neck and i wanted to go with the ryzen 3 2200g so i could upgrade to a GTX 1050ti some day, and i was going to get 2 stick of the 4gb ram.
