"you might not run into any problems when setting it up with a screen otherwise you might need to find which display port is outputting the image then download the drivers from an offical website"

What does it mean

It means you may need need drivers for the GPU.

Do you know anything about the system your friend built for you?

Are you sure your friend knows what they're doing?

Did they actually set up the PC and install windows on it, or did they just put hardware together and hand it to you without turning it on?

Do you know what the system specs are?
