I been having lag or like frame drops in games recently. for like a second or 2 my screen freezes then continues.

I have had my pc setup for about 10 months now and it never had issues up until like a few weeks ago. Everything has been running fine but when I am playing some games like overwatch I get this like lag or frame drop spike and my screen freezes then continue at 144 fps after like a second. This is really frustrating since I play it competitively. The only thing that I have changed to my setup recently is adding a new m.2 sdd and I tried to add 2 fans but I think I might've made the case have bad airflow so I removed them but I am still having the same issue. When I had opened the case fans had accumulated since adding the extra 2 fans so removing them and clearing the dust should've fixed my issues right? I don't know if maybe my CPU is overheating or maybe my GPU is cus when I look at the temps the CPU is staying around 30-50 and my GPU is staying around 65-80. I just want this fix this lag/framedrop issue please. Id appreciate any help.

BRO , i have the fn problem . I have midrange pc with i5 and rx570 8gb
Game ran just fine like 2 weeks ago but now its stuttering like crazy . Im also streaming and 2 weeks ago it was fine no stutters at all but now its getting worse and worse .
