Question I believe my headset is making my computer crash.

PC:
manufacturer: CyberPowerPC
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 six-core
RAM: 8g
System: 64 bit

headset: Logitech G635


I don't know much about computers which is why I bout this prebuilt.

when my headphones are plugged into the usb of the pc videogames will not play and youtube videos will not play. unplug the headphones everything is fine. plug them back in. games wont even open and youtube videos give me a static screen in the youtube video box with a error message. what is the problem? is this headset too strong for the PC power supply or something? this is crazy.

May be some driver issues.

Does it work if you try plug it into another computer ?

Also - just to rule out problems with USB chip or conflict to other devices, you can try to boot your computer using a Linux Live-CD (Ubuntu or Mint is usually good candidates) and see if your headset works when watching youtube.
