About the liquid cooling. Is it all done for me or do I have to set it up.

Well, you're buying a pre-built computer, so everything obviously will be done for you.

The idea is that you're only supposed to plug in the accessories and power and off you go.

Those pre-built sites won't let you pick parts that are incompatible, and you won't have to set up the liquid cooling but you do have to take out the internal packaging when you get it

That packaging option uses expanding foam to protect the inside of the case so make sure you take the side panel off and take the foam bag out and also check for anything that may have come lose during shipping (at most it will still be where it is supposed to be, just not securely plugged in depending on how rough the shipping was), takes 2 minutes and is very easy to do given that the shipping wasn't too hard on it

Once you do that all you do is turn it on and go through the windows 10 setup
Should be up and running in about 10 minutes after you unpack everything from the box
