Question I bought new parts and it’s not posting

OK, so I’ve bought a bunch of brand new parts for my PC but I’m having issues with powering on the fans are turning, but I get no display I have updated the bios still no post. The new parts that I’ve installed are the motherboard (Gigabyte b550 arous elite ax v2), the ram(Corsair vengeance pro 32 gb 2x16) a new case (Corsair 4000x rgb) a radiator (Corsair h150 rgb ) and the PSU (Corsair rm750e). I don’t know if I got a dead motherboard or if I killed my CPU anything could help. I’m just really tired, been at it for hours trying to fix it.
Edit: I should mention this motherboard has rgb but they’re not turning on.
Amd ryzen 5 5500
Sapphire Rx 6600

Also, I noticed when I took off the cpu cooler it did not even get warm. The cpu I mean.

Did you connect two onboard fan headers with a cable?
You're not supposed to do that.

I have updated the bios still no post.

That board has multiple revisions.
You may have flashed it to wrong revision BIOS.

Revision number is written at lower left corner of the board.

I know mine is the 1.5 and I know for sure I flashed the right one .

Ok I’m returning the motherboard , I know my cpu is good cause it worked with my old mobo. I also just test it with my old psu (evga 600w something or other forgot the name) I’ll let know if everything works when my other new mobo comes that I just ordered.
