I brought a triton 7.1+ headset from amazon.co.ul after a couple of months the bit where conects the mic keeps coming loose wh

sorry typed it in wrong basically I brought it from amazon.co.ul and it has a 12 month warranty ive had it for 6 months an the bit which has the mute mic button on it keeps coming loose i havnt broke it it just started happening if I sent this back would amazon send me a new one and would it be worth it?
