Solution
CPU is too old and slow, it will bottleneck even an entry level gaming card like the 750 ti. The PSU is complete junk, it's bad enough that it's danger to other components and could even start a fire. With that cpu you'd be lucky if GTA ran smoothing on the lowest settings as it doesn't meet the minimum requirements.

Why are you mixing 2 sets of ram? Do you already have a case? There isn't one in the list. There is no price for the video card which is why the price is low. This rig is under $1000 and will max most games @1080p

Thats a waste of money. The 4460 is a locked cpu so they will be little to no overclocking happening. If you were going to OC then there are better coolers for that price, $105 for a h50 is just ridiculous. A $20-$30 doller cooler from the list I posted earlier is more than adequate for a 4460.

That SSD is pointless, it will barely hold the OS. Either get a 120gb or dont bother with one. You could also just get a 240gb one and no mechanical. Any old 1080p monitor will do as long as it's 60htz and a resonable low response time.
