Here is the list of components:
-Intel core i7 6900k
Asus Rog Rampage 5 edition 10
32 GB of ddr4 3200mhz ram
1 Gtx 1080
1 Gtx 1080 OC edition
samsung m.2 nvme SSD 512 GB
and a Corsair hx1200 PSU
Any help would be appreciated have a nice day

Alright i fixed the porblem kinda. The gpus are turning on but nothing displayed on the monitor rip
For some reason the gpus doesnt power up when i put them on the PCIE slot 1 and 3 but works on 2 and 4 which is incovinent because all of the front panel controls are blocked by the card
