[SOLVED] I came across an industrial type computer running Windows 10 ?

I recently got my hands on a computer used in manufacturing facilities. I wanted to wipe it clean....so I partitioned the hard drive. The problem is I have an external usb DVD drive and a copy of Windows 10 on DVD.....but the BIOS does not detect my drive.
Only thing it seems to detect is [Windows Boot Manager (p1: B56m41bc1dc-27)] .....I'm lost.

You can create a bootable USB installer for your OS, using Windows Media Creation Tools;
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
under Create Windows 10 installation media.

Once you've finished installing the OS in offline mode, you will need to download the drivers for your industrial machine beforehand...which leads me to ask, what is the make and model of the PC? If you can't identify the unit, look for stickered info on the system and then pass on images of it. You will need to host said images on a site like Imgur or their ilk, then pass on a link for us to see.

Enable csm in the bios it may also be called legacy mode.....test.

For any used system, you want to not just 'partition' the drive, but wipe it entirely.
Or, start with your own blank drive.

But how can it download or run anything if nothing else is detected? (USB, cd/DVD drive)

On some other working system, create the USB to isntall Win 10 with.

Then, discover why this system can boot from that USB.
Some setting in the BIOS, probably.

I've tried every setting possible and nothing. ......I've done my fair share of system reboots in the past.....so I have a more than basic understanding. Thank you for the reply

Mind you....the system was working perfect before I decided to partition the hard drive. I just wanted a fresh clean reboot

Finally!!......first I had to enable legacy under usb configuration.....then I had to disable the boot priority: windows boot manager......then I had to enable the cms.....it worked!!....thank you and everyone for their help!
