Question I can’t connect to the internet via Ethernet ?

Hi guys ,

so I moved my room and I reconnected my pc to my router via Ethernet and it won’t connect to the internet.
When I plug it into my laptop it works so it’s not the cable.

When I go to network settings it just says “no internet access”

there’s a little icon with a world and a denied sign on it.
Any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance guys !

Is the speed of your ethernet port set to "auto" ? Is DHCP enabled on the ethernet port? Can you open a CMD window and run ipconfig.exe /all and post the results?

Did you restart your computer and router? Might be as simple as that.
