Question I can’t figure out BIOS update ?

"No image file detected" screen when trying to flash the bios. I have an ASRock A320M-HDV and the version of the bios is 2.00. Trying to update for an AMD Ryzen 5 3600 to work. Have no clue which to download.

Are you sure you have the right model for your motherboard? ASRock have an R4 variant as well. I'm asking since the BIOS meant for another board can and very will brick your motherboard. As for your BIOS update, can you walk us through your procedure of how you got the file and how you're attempting to update the BIOS? You're advised not to jump BIOS versions, to the latest, if that's what you're doing. Gradually work your way to the latest version, yes you have a lot of BIOS files to go through.

Also, what processor are you working with on that motherboard?

I have the right model. I got the file from the ASRock website, unzipped it on a usb flash drive and went to the bios menu.
