suddenly my friend's hp 8510p compaq is not starting and we do not know why, i used at night and when open at morning it is not starting, when i got a option called launch startup repair and entered then it is just showing windows is loading file and after few minutes a new windows opened and at bottom saying " AST Table: Intel(R) AMT Error - Aborting" and then anything is helping me out to solve this.
then when i decided to boot from dvd, i am not getting any option for that and here the things i have done when i was trying to boot from dvd
when starting pressed f9 continuously but i did not get option to boot
i tried f12, f10, esc but did not get any option to boot from dvd, somehow i did saw that it is asking for intel r me amt password
Please help me to fix this problem, i just need to start this again, how could i reinstall the os?
