Question I cannot check or"tick" selections in EasUs to do backup.

I have two pc's the same and two licenced programs. my first install will not allow me to select function. Second install from same file works well. Tried reinstalling to #1 and same result. No workee. befuddled.

In initiating a "Files" backup I cannot select any of the directories to back up. They will highlight but not "tick" as happens in a working program. And I do have a working program on my other identical PC.

Problem solved. It turns out the problem was in a weak or non-intuitive interface where one cannot easily see exactly where to click. ie; pick a white area and try to find a point to try to execute. This need to be addressed by the developer.
