I cannot connect to internet I need pci bus and sm bus drivers

Hello,
I cannot connect to the internet so I need to install sm bus and pci bus, using another pc, I'm trying to find a download that does not want to connect to the internet after installing...since I can't connect. I have xp with AMD Athalon.

What ? ! ? This makes no sense at all !

If you installed your chipset drivers, the SMBus driver will be in a sub-folder of C׃/ATI/Support/{driver version}/SMBus.

If you installed Radeon drivers, they will have their own sub-folder off ATI//support. The folder with your SMBus drivers has the letters "sb" in the name someplace.

It must be installed manually. Right-click on the device in device manager and browse to the ATI SMBus folder to install.
