To get to the videos directory...
Type...
cd c:\users\(your account name)\videos
*** No brackets on (your account name) e.g Jack
Click ENTER
Then you will be in the video directory of your account.
c:\users\(your account name)\videos
Going back to this since the 3 start method brought me.back to the same screen that shows

"Automatic Repair"

Your PC did not start up correctly.

I currently have the C prompt in command prompt.

It shows:

C:\>

Maybe I'm missing a step, or a space, but I type:

cd c:\users\my account name\videos

lower-case cd, space,c:\users\my account name as it reads\videos

I get:

"The system cannot find the path specified"

I tried my username with spaces, no spaces, caps, lowercase, you name it.

I just want to be sure the spacing and letter case is correct

The text above the box shows:

Administrator: X:\windows\system32\cmd.exe

Could the system 32 be the issue?

Would be the so-called easy option. Plug it in an an external and delete the file then put it all back
I removed the drive and connected via Sabrent M.2 enclosure (EC-NVME)

I was able to briefly see the contents, the videos showed an error and as it appeared to be populating with the green bar slowly moving to the right, it stopped loading and now I have an error.

In dIsk management, It shows as:
Disk 1
Unknown
Not Initialized

If I try to initialize, it reads:

The request failed due to a fatal device hardware error

I guess that could be the enclosure or the drive.

So going back to my previous help on a backup drive I tried the DMDE software and it shows the disk, but when I try to open I get the error..

"The disk is not accessible (see Help)"

So maybe we are close, but not sure how to access the files.

Sidenote, I really wish Tom's Hardware allowed for small picture uploads instead of a hosting site.
