I cant enter BIOS and there is blue dots everywhere!

Help!
I just left the pc for 5 days, it's cold here but not winter. Just raining.
I dont know what happened. It works fine before. I cant even get into bios. I am stuck and there's blue dots everywhere.

Tried to restart them (a lot), but nothing happened. I checked the hardware, seems everything is in place.

What's actually happened to my pc and how to solve them? I need to work lolol.

Blue dots? Does the machine make any beeps? Try clearing the CMOS and see if this helps.
If no, then try to reseat the RAM sticks.

I'm no specialist, but this looks like a memory-related failure.
