Question I cant figure out how to charge devices via usb when pc is off

I have a MSI B450 Bazooka Max WIFI, I just updated my BIOS but i dont have an option for "ASMedia USB 3.0 Battery Charging Support"

USB selective suspended settings is disabled.

Not sure what else to do anyone have any ideas?

Charge from a device other than the PC.
There are a zillion wall plug/surge protector things that have USB ports to charge things with.

I want to charge some Astro A50s, the basestation makes connection/ charges via 1 usb port. I am aware there are other usb charging methods
