i cant go into my bios because i put it on fast boot or something and i need to do a bios update HELP

Which mobo? Take out the CMOS battery from the mobo. Keep it out for a while and then plug it again, it will clear CMOS and you will be able to get into BIOS on next startup.

There is another way around: Press and on hold on F2 and power on the system, this will take you into BIOS

From a powered off state, press and hold the power button for about 2 seconds, release it when you hear beeps. (Not all mobos support this)

Good Luck

Hi,

you can enter the UEFI system settings from within the Windows repair. If you reboot a few times during startup Windows should automatically enter repair and attempt to diagnose problems. Eventually it will prompt you to either restart your computer normally or enter advanced options. In the advanced options you should have the option to enter the firmware settings. I suggest that you take this opportunity to add a 3 second delay to the POST screen, this should provide you with enough time to hit the appropriate key in the future.
