I can't install SimCity 3000 Unlimited

SimCity 3000 Unlimited Installer is not working... But when I extract files manually everything works! What can I do? Even the game is working... but the instaler doesn't work

You have the game working. Why are you still trying to run the installer?

Well, I think that if everything is working... but the installer is not working: I went to see him and the installer wasn't working. He copied everything manually, but the Scenario Creator link on Launcher wasn't working. If the problem is Physical Memory, try ReadyBoost.
