I can't install windows when enable 4 cores

Hi,

I build my pc about 6 month ago, My PC specification:

After one month my windows start showing BSOD every week once, i thought it's a software problem, but about two weeks my pc start to be very slow and keep crashing even if i browsing internet the internet browser crashed, so i decide to format my hard disk and install windows 7, when i boot from windows dvd and format my hard disk and start copying files after finish copying files it's show BSOD and restart my pc i thought from ram or hard disk, but i searched in the internet and i founded that i should try to make your cpu work with one core, so i changed it to one core, I installed the windows and everything fine but when i changed it back to 4 cores the problem back.

I returned my cpu, motherboard and ram to ebuyer for RMA and they said there's no faulty.

i didn't do over-clocking to my cpu or gpu

My PC Temperature idle :

CPU temp. : 24 C
System temp. : 38 C
GPU temp. : 40 C

Please help me

You read that you need to make cpu work with one core to install Windows? WHAT?

That's the most ridiculous thing I ever heard, don't believe everything you read please.

Check your memory settings in bios and make sure they are set to whatever the sticker on the memory says.

Browser crashes can be simply that, a browser issue. Try a different browser and I bet your problem goes away.

You should set your BIOS back to its defaults. Then run memtest86 on your ram.

If your RAM is ok via memtest then reinstall Windows from scratch - don't bother with any of that 1 core vs 4 cores thing, that is definitely NOT necessary. After installing Windows make sure to install the latest motherboard drivers.

i did that and nothing wrong with my ram. i can't install windows when windows setup start to install update and drives i got BSOD

Ok there are a variety of problems that cause BSOD even when installing windows. PSU could be bad, motherboard could be bad, HDD could be bad, video card could be bad.

Your idle temps are fine. Any idea what your temps were under full load (both CPU and GPU)? If you didn't install your CPU cooler properly your system may be unstable. Any ideas as to what those load temps are/were?

Do you have another video card to try?

Make sure the DVD drive is plugged into one of the SATA 3gb/s ports and not the SATA 6gb/s ports - on some motherboards they tell you this in the manual.

Have you tried updating the BIOS on your motherboard to the newest BIOS version?

Which port is your HDD in? Try a different cable and try it in another port - you have both SATA 6gb/s and SATA 3 gb/s ports on your computer. Try the SATA 6 ones first (only for the HDD not the DVD drive) and then try one of the SATA 3 ones next. Maybe you have a bad SATA controller or port.

i did all of these before i changed my cpu to one core. only i didn't check my psu and i don't know how to do that

Change your cpu to 4 core. It's a 4 core cpu, no sane reason on planet Earth to be running your 4 core cpu on 1 core.

How long did you run memtest86? If your too lazy to try the most obvious things, nobody here can help you.

BSOD's are almost always memory related.

I did everything even i changed the motherboard and ram and still the same problem even I tried to use UBUNTU Linux and i couldn't boot in.
BSOD: Random but last one is system_service_exception
today i received my cpu and there's no faulty.

My new parts:

i did and no error.

i really don't know what should i do.
about 1 hr ago I install windows on one core and everything fine but when i change it to 4 the windows crashed and restart.
i changed everything only the psu and cpu i didn't
i can't afford to buy a new cpu for try if it work or not, ebuyers RMA said there's no faulty.

please help me

remove all hardware and then clear CMOS on the motherboard;
then re-install RAM, try both sticks of RAM and attempt to boot.

if you get that far and ready to try to install windows 7 first use the advanced options of the install
and format the HDD, wipe it clean and start fresh.

asking once more - your HDD has a diagnostic program and it and it came back as the HDD is good.?

so odds are it's the motherboard or the CPU...
what else can it be, the power supply.?

silly question - is the PSU connected properly.?
is the proper CPU additional power plug connected the correct on.?
try another PSU.

sorry but what else can I say, you have to keep on troubleshooting.
I'd RMA and if you purchased through PayPal or used your credit card then you have buyer protection regardless of what they say.
