I cant install windows!

Im having a problem were i upgraded my mobo and cpu. I now have an asus b150m-a-d3 and a i5 6500. My problem is i cant install windows 10 or windows 7 from usb. and i dont have a disk drive so thats not an option. Iv updated my bios, iv set all bios boot setting to legacy. Iv formatted my usb to boot with ueif or whatever this new mobo thing is. Nothing has work. On windows 10 install it freezes at the loading screen with the windows icon. everytime it freezes right their exactly 1 second after loading. On windows 7 install after it says windows is loading files it freezes exactly after 1 second of loading. I have no idea of what im suppost to do.
my specs:
Mobo: asus b150m-a-d3
Cpu: i5-6500
Ram: 1x4gb and 1x8gb
Gpu: Zotac 960 2gb
Psu: evga 500w 80bronze

What did you use to put the install on the flash drive?? Rufus? If you did you selected GPT partition then?

If the flash drive is UEFI, change the BIOS settings to UEFI

And enable secureboot and AHCI before you install windows

If you're installing Win10 x64

I have done all of that besides AHCI because i cant find it.

iv tried Rufus i selected GPT iv changed BIOS settings to UEFI. The only thing i havent done is selected AHCI because i dont know where to find it.

AHCI maybe under sata settings. Read the manual.

Whats the hdd you're trying to install it on? Normal hdd? SSD? M.2? NVME?

Their is no option for sata settings. I went through everything and couldnt find that AHCI option. Im trying to install to a normal hdd.

Look in the manual

When using hot-plug and NCQ, set the SATA Mode Selection item in the BIOS to [AHCI]. See section
2.6.5 SATA Configuration for details.

Maybe you got a bad version of windows. You can google windows 10 download and get it directly from the windows store. They will give you a flash boot option so its very easy. Then you can use the windows 7 or 10 key to activate it once its installed.

The B150M-A-D3 user guide that came in the box only has pictures of the bios.
In chapter 2 of the user guide is the bios information. And it has 2.1 through 2.13
I read the manual their is nothing showing me about AHCI.
If you could link me something that tells me where its at that would be very appreciated.

I finally saw the sata config on the manual. But my bios dosent have that option. Im looking under advanced and its not their. Also whats strange is its showing more options then what the manual says.
The extra options i have that are not on the manual are:
PCH-FW configuration
PCH Storage configuration
HDD/SDD smart information

No AHCI. Just:
SATA Controllers-Enabled
Aggressive LPM support-Disabled
Smart Self test-on
all my sata connections like my 2 hhd and my one ssd
and all hot plugs are disabled.
