I can't move apps and Icons on my phone

I have a samsung galaxy S7 Edge and despite knowing how it should work, it doesn't. It looks like my apps and icons are locked and they won't move. Please help

If it won't work, the manufacturer probably restricted that option on that device. You would have to contact them.
