Question I can't overclock my gpu

Whenever I overclock my GPU and I open a game my pc stops working
am not overclocking it too much, I even tried overclocking it to by 1 and it still crashing, and I tried MSI afterburner, NZXT cam and AORUS engine and I have the same problem with both

here are my specs:

GPU: GIGABYTE AORUS RTX 3070 TI MASTER
CPU: AMD RYZEN 7 3800X
RAM: CORSAIR DOMINATOR 32GB 3200MHZ
MTB: NZXT N7 B550
AIO COOLER: NZXT KRAKEN X63
PSU: NZXT C750
MONITOR: ALIENWARE 240HZ

i pushed the power to the max which is 112%, and core clock and memory clock are 100mhz by default and I started adding 1 by 1 and it stopes in 101mhz so the limit is 100mhz which means that it stays in it place

Umm... A 100MHz overclock is about average for this card. If you didn't overclock by 100MHz I don't know where you got the 100MHz from. I have an RTX 3070 Ti and mine overclocks around 110MHz on the core. Then if that's not the case I'd be worried if I couldn't OC by just 1MHz.
