I just bought the outer world off Epic games launcher last wedensday however everytime I try to start the game it goes into black screen for a second, like it is starting up the game, but immediately close down to desktop without any error messages or anything.
I have not been able to open the game at all, but I am able to open other games installed on the launcher. I have searched online and I havent found any similar problems. It is a real head scrather! Do any of you know what i could check for??

I just upgraded my PC from win 7 to win 10, but i have updated win 10 to the resent version.
I tried numerous times to reinstall both the launcher and the game.
I tried the verify thing as well.
I have tried contacting their help desk <support@epicgames.mail.helpshift.com> But they dont really respond so much and seem to offer no real solutions.
