I could really use some advice on picking an ssd please and thank you!

I would really like to hear actual user transfer rates and benchmarks from people who have these if i could I trust ocz and Kingston but companies do fudge numbers a little sometimes. any sustained transfer rate information would be greatly appreciated

suggest an alternate that is faster/same and ill look at its price. looking to spend around 100$ give or take

what are the sata 3 numbers on this? some of their sata ssd's that run sata 3 say they have 500mb/s but run about half that speed i wondered if the msata was the same story.

Looking at the three choices, most value for the money Mushkin followed by the Vertex4 which is fast and little bigger. Your choice, not sure you would notice any difference in performance.
