it was ok.. quake 3 engine ..nice music score .. weak plot continuity.. been a long time since I used any fps so I kinda got into it .. spent the last 4 years flying in air warrior online until EA bought it and then killed it (BASTIDS!!)

Now that is a good question .. game had over 500 people on it a night at one time and probably 4x's that number of subscribers .. fact is they also killed all of the rest of the online games they owned including battle-tech3001 that had a larger following.. people in air warrior were particularly agrieved as it was the first massive multi-player online flight sim dating back over 10 years to the Delphi and Geni services and DOS interface ( we are talking 9600 baud modems lol) They bought it and buried it in less than a year killing a very old and dedicated community that had yearly conventions that numbered in the hundreds of participants and squads that were in existence for many many years.. they refused to sell the code back to any of the groups in the community that offered to buy it too .. why??? ... I wish I knew BASTIDS ! I never "buy" EA games anymore
