i cant believe you dont see the difference GW!

i mean if you go to ANY outside view in BF1942, even with just "Texture Sharpening" enabled the frame rates drop to the mid 20s because of the heavy multitexturing. or when your driving a dingy from one of the cruisers to the shore on the Wake map for example.. frame rates go from 70s to mid 20s. happens regardless of driver versoins or detail settings. only way to fix it is to disable ANy for of AF and to disable Texture Sharpening (its like quasi-AF, not even up to par with 2xAF... an added feature)

like this, it looks a HELL of a lot worse than im used to ,yah yah with my LE hehheh. i just dont see the small improvements that are supposed to be there, as people claim for the TI4200 comapared to previous versions

one thing that IS good, is im able to run 2xAA with just about no hit to performance. BUT, its not up to par with SuperSampling AA... Nvidias MSAA is a little off, and has a hard time dealing with verticle edges, even at 4xAA (multisampling)

4x, is not useable, still too slow but definately faster than the old supersampling method. good for old games
