i dont have a computer or an ethernet cable to cannet and i reset my cisco router. how can i fix this?

I don't have a computer or an Ethernet cable, and I reset my Cisco router. I need to set it back up. Please help.

You will need to borrow a computer from a friend for an afternoon -- a simple laptop and a $1 Ethernet cable will do. You cannot configure your router without a computer attached.
