I dropped my bluetooth speaker and i can hear it rattle when i shake it

The speaker makes a rattle noise when it moves but the sound seems fine so what could've broken and is it cosmetic or will it face some long term damage?

Make and model of your Bluetooth speaker? I'd advise on including a video with audio of the rattle that you're hearing and when the rattling happens. Chances are you managed to break a part of the internal plastic housing where clips reside to hold the speaker together. The drivers might be intact with the limited information that you're included.
