Question I find this system on good price is it OK?

I am going to use this build for programs like Fusion 360, AutoCad, 3D Max, Katia and also recent games on my Asus monitor (1 ms 75 Hz 2K)

If you have similar system or same parts could you share your experiences?

***Which graphics card+psu is a good combination with this system? (Im afraid of bottleneck)

You sure that's not a Cooler Master PSU? The only 750W PSU I've ever seen with "Combat" in the name was an ancient Inter-Tech PSU, which wasn't Bronze, had no GX, and you wouldn't want to ever use it. The Cooler Master GX 750s were a little better than this, but they're also ancient at this point and I'd want something newer if I'm getting a GPU.
