I FORMATTED MY HARD DISK AND INSTALLED A NEW OS, AFTER COMPLETING THE INSTALLATION PROCESS, THE SYSTEM CANNOT DETECT HARD DRIVE.

Bad connection to HDD/Motherboard

HDD faulty / Intermittent

Motherboard faulty / intermittent

SATA cables faulty / out of spec

OS not installed correctly

You did something wrong

Wrong bios configuration

Driver issues

Bad RAID configuration

Go into your bios and and check if the bios detects the hard drive if not try check if all the SATA cables are you plugged in and if maybe even try a different SATA port like 1,2,3,4 or however many your motherboard has.
