I got 1x8gb ram so put onother 1x8 or raplace with 2x4 i want dual channel dont need 16gb ram i just want fast dual channel so lets say game doesnt use 16 gb ram only 8 will 2x8ram be same as 2x4 ram?

If you already have one 8GB module your best option for both MORE memory capacity AND faster dual channel operation, is to get another module of the exact same part number as your existing module. There are never any guarantees that they will play nice together though, so that is something to consider.

The only time you get a guarantee of two modules working together correctly is when you buy them together in a matched set. So if you want 100% assurance they will work together, get a new 2 x4GB set. If you are willing to take the rather minimal risk that they might not, then get another module exactly the same as your current one. I'd probably try that and if it doesn't play nice with your current module, you can always return it and try again. I've had to return modules several times in the past when trying to pair up with an existing module before I got one that would play nice and run in dual channel.

If it runs with it at all, it will almost always run in dual channel though.
