[SOLVED] I have 12GB RAM installed but system only sees 8GB ?

help! have 12gb ram (one ram 4gb one 8gb)
and system see only 8 gb.

One week before that everything was good. Anyone can help?

and im gonna do it at christmas. im gonna buy 4x 8gb goodram 1333. thats good ram?
